A different kind of menopause conversation.

I’m Sara Larson. Menopause educator, speaker, and your fiercest advocate.

I’m a mom, wife, daughter, business owner, dog mama, and athlete. I’m also someone who is still practicing at "humaning." I’m learning how to disappoint others with grace, put guilt in the nose-bleed section, and make choices that lean me closer to feeling at home in my own skin. I claim my strengths and try to be kind in my failings—especially when it means cereal for dinner or re-wearing the same damn pants to work. (I’ve also never had Mac n Cheese. We can talk about that later.)

Like you, I am navigating the changes that come with getting older. And like you, I live in that dizzying gap between feeling grateful and feeling completely exhausted.

Sara Larson

I have been working with women for over 25 years, and I became an online menopause coach because I am sick and tired of women struggling to find the help, care, and resources they need to navigate this massive shift. We are handed 15-minute doctor appointments, dismissed by the medical establishment, and then preyed upon by the wellness industry.

My job as an educator and a speaker is to translate the clinical data into evidence-based strategies you can actually trust. Whether I am speaking on stage to an organization or working with you 1:1 here in the Twin Cities (or virtually across the country), my goal is the same: to take you from feeling like you are at the end of a frayed rope to feeling like a confident expert in your own menopause.

The Plan: How we do this together.

I’m not interested in giving you another "to-do" list to manage while you’re already exhausted. When we work together, we focus on three things that change everything:

01

We get you the right knowledge.

Most of us spend years guessing why our bodies feel like they belong to a stranger. I do the heavy lifting of collating the data so you understand the "why" behind the shift. When you actually know what’s happening physiologically, the fear fades. You stop being a passenger and start making decisions from power.

02

We turn you into your own fiercest advocate.

The world isn't always set up to hear us, especially in midlife. I give you the exact tools and language to ensure you are never dismissed again—whether that’s in your doctor's office, at work, or at home. We work on refusing "half-assed" care so you don't fade silently into the background.

03

We change the story for everyone.

This is the part I love most. When you claim the life you actually want, you give every other woman in your circle permission to do the same. This isn't just about managing hot flashes; it’s about being unflinchingly brave together. We are re-writing the narrative so our daughters, friends, and sisters don't have to navigate this in the dark.
